Referrals

We offer a referral only costed service. Unfortunately at the moment we cannot support people who are not able to fund their placement with us.

We accept referrals from Adult Social Care, Continuing Health Care and from clients funding their own care. Referrals cannot be provided without an agreed package of Local Authority or DWP support.  All clients must be 14+ and have a Statement of Special Educational Needs (SSEN), Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP), Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance or Self-Directed Support (personal budgets, individual budget, direct payment, or personal health budget).

Making a referral

We support individuals to achieve their goals, believing passionately that every person, regardless of the challenges they face, can accomplish extraordinary achievements with the right support. Giving a person with the support is of paramount importance to us. We offer a responsive initial assessment to identify the individual’s needs and how we can support them.

We work with clients and their advocates to plan a transition programme that will allow people to get the most out of their time with us.  In each case, we assess the needs, abilities and personality of the client in detail, to determine their suitability for our various areas of activity or education course.
